What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in the customer journey – not a sales role, but an end-to-end support role where you’ll:
- Build relationships with customers and manage requests via our CRM
- Create and process quotes, with a focus on subscription and annuity licensing and software
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage product delivery timelines
- Provide after-sales support by tracking orders and keeping customers in the loop
- Help maintain stock levels and support our online product listings
- Liaise with the finance team to resolve invoice queries and manage returns
- Collaborate with everyone – from our directors and finance team to our service desk and projects crew
What will you bring to the table?
You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, detail-focused, and driven to provide brilliant service. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
- Solid understanding of software renewals and licensing, especially Microsoft 365, WatchGuard, Veeam, VMWare, and other core IT business applications
- Hardware knowledge – laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.
- Great communication skills and confidence under pressure
- Initiative, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools
- A willingness to learn and grow, and help others do the same
The nitty gritty details
- The salary range is £25,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
- This is a full-time office based role in Paddock Wood, Kent.
- Our working hours are 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Friday, but sometimes we might ask you to be a bit flexible on this for events.
